Commonly, real estate agents and business entities may hire a non-licensed “pilot” (or have their own drone…) and can be fined $11,000 or more. Additionally, The FAA may also assess civil penalties up to $27,500 and criminal penalties include fines of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment for up to three (3) years for failure to register a drone.

Formerly the Art Van Furniture store, the building is being redesigned as a mixed-use building with a ground-floor museum and entertainment center and residential units above.
While most customer jobs like real estate videos or roof inspections don’t require overly dramatic effects, this demo film short highlights the addition of cinematic coloring, music and sound effects. Keep in mind drones have no microphone.
In a real estate short walkthrough video, added sounds like wind or birds with a decent licensed soundtrack creates a mood for the viewer.
